Guests staying on a promotional timeshare package often ask what hotel they will be staying in. Your specific vacation package will determine your hotel accommodations. Typically, hotel accommodations are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis directly at the Welcome Center upon guest check-in. In some cases, guests may reserve a specific hotel location through their booking agent with a confirmed travel reservation.
On occasion, guests may call the hotel in advance to discuss the reservation. Unfortunately, the hotel will not always know who you are. Do not panic - we have you covered! Hilton Head Guest Services reserves special room blocks with our partner hotels which remain unassigned until you arrive. All reservations (and guest names) are listed with Hilton Head Guest Services until our guests check in. Upon check-in with our Welcome Center, you will receive your hotel voucher, directions, and any special instructions for your stay.
With an Island of around 12 x 4 miles in size, you will find that all partner hotels are conveniently located near popular Hilton Head Island attractions and beach access. Vacation packages typically include one standard hotel accommodation, one room with two double beds for up to 4 travelers. All hotels feature handicapped-accessible rooms, free local phone calls, cable, coffee makers, irons, hairdryers, internet access, and swimming pools.All guests staying in Hilton Head Island hotels are responsible for applicable 11% state, local, and hospitality tax and the Hotel's daily Resort Fee. Taxes and fees are due to the hotel upon check-out.
