Great 3 day trip to Hilton Head Island!

We had never considered a vacation to Hilton Head, South Carolina (we always vacation near the Gulf of Mexico) before a friendly telemarketer from Hilton Head Guest Services called. We thought the price she quoted us for a vacation was too good to be true for only ninety minutes of our time, but we were wrong. We had a great three day trip from check-in to check-out. Our room was large, well furnished, and extremely clean. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast daily at the hotel with everything from cereal to waffles, which I might add was free. Followed by some fun in the sun on the gorgeous beach. We attended the presentation and tour on the second day of a beautifully decorated, family oriented facility with amenities to suit anyone’s taste. Our guide was a courteous gentlemen throughout the entire presentation even after our ninety minutes had elapsed and we told him that purchasing was just not in our budget at the time. He thanked us for our time and showed us to the Gift Center where we did receive the gifts promised by the caller. We have recommended this to many of our friends and family since our vacation and many of them have been and thanked us.

Just wanted to give kudos to the staff at Hilton Head Guest Services for turning a stressful situation into a wonderful vacation on the island. The airport lost our luggage, we arrived 3 hours late and to top it off, we didn’t have any of our reservation or check in information. We were totally stressed out and not happy campers. When we arrived at the Hilton Head Guest Service welcome center, the lady at the desk was very helpful, super nice and worked with us to make sure we easily got checked in and to our (perfect) accommodations quickly. She also gave us loads of discounts for area activities and even offered to help arrange for our luggage to be brought to us from the airport. Excellent guest service rep and excellent company to do business with.

My husband and I traveled to Hilton Head Island for a trip with Hilton Head Guest Services June 16 thru June 19, 2011. We received $40 in gift certificates to use at various merchants on the Island during our visit. On our last night, we decided to use them at Aqua Grille and Lounge. When it was time to pay our bill, we gave the waitress our certificates and she said that they were under new management and could not accept the certificates for payment. When we returned home to Virginia, I called Hilton Head Guest Services to let them know that we were disappointed that Aqua would not receive our certificates for dinner. I spoke with a very nice Guest Services Rep named Shirley who told me that the restaurant had made a mistake and they should have taken the certificates. Shirley apologized for the inconvenience and asked me to simply mail the unused certificates to the Hilton Head Guest Services Office and they would gladly write me a check for $40 to cover the cost of the unaccepted certificates! WOW…I was so surprised at how nice they were and the fact that they are sending me a check when it was not even their fault is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about Hilton Head Guest Services and their staff. We absolutely enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head Island!

Sharon FondrenWe toured Coral Sands Resort in Hilton Head through Hilton Head Guest Services with Valerie on July 3rd and loved it! We are hoping that in a couple of years we will be able to buy in to this vacation package. We stayed at Park Lane Hotel and thought the accommodations were nice. We didn't get a chance to do everything that we wanted to do, and so are hoping to come back later for a longer stay. We will recommend this to all of our friends. Thanks for a great vacation!

I just wanted to comment on the trip that my husband and I took with Hilton Head Guest Services to Hilton Head Island on June 15, 2011 to June 17, 2011. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Resort for those two nights and enjoyed the hotel accomodations. The extra Jazz Corner package was wonderful as well, the food was delicious and the band played beautifully. The entire trip for the price was excellent!! We actually took the trip to celebrate our first year wedding anniversary and we loved every second of it!! Thank you so much for the opportunity to take this vacation.Super Nice Staff and Resort

Took the family to Hilton Head Island. Signed up with Hilton Head Guest Services and did the Coral Sands resort tour. VERY impressed with the property, location, amenities and the customer service that we received during our stay. Decided to buy a timeshare (didn't realize how inexpensive they were and the perks that came with it) and are looking forward to spending many family summers on the island and at the beach in S.C.

When our family and friends know we’re going to Hilton Head, they always try to get us to purchase a place there for family vacations because we travel to Hilton Head so much. During our last visit, we decided to listen to them and we actually signed up for a tour of the Coral Resort with Hilton Head Guest Services. We were surprised at how beautiful the property and villa was and we decided that we wanted to buy!! The people at HHGS were so nice and even gave us tons of discounts and tips for enjoying our time on Hilton Head. Everyone is so happy and looking forward to spending many summers on Hilton Head. It is the best decision we ever made!

As their way of showing off their resort, they make sure each family receives a nice “thank you package” to remember your experience by. It includes 2 passes aboard the Spirit of Harbour Town, so the trip that we were talking about earlier would be free. If you want to upgrade from the dolphin/nature cruise to something a little nicer, it’s no big deal. You may decide you want to do the sunset dinner cruise instead. It departs from the famous lighthouse in Sea Pines and includes a first class meal. We’re talking about prime rib, herb-roasted chicken, and all of the trimmings including desert. Don’t worry about the kids. This huge air- conditioned million-dollar yacht is enclosed and is very kid friendly so you can enjoy yourself without any worries. The only thing you are responsible for are the port charges. Another “thank you” gift is a return trip to Hilton Head or a number of other destinations for 3 days and 2 nights. You can come back and stay at the Holiday Inn Oceanfront, or choose from another hotel. It’s good through 2012 so you’ll have plenty of time to use it. If for some reason you can’t make it back, you can always pass it along to another family member or a friend to use for a special getaway! We heard that Hilton Head Guest Services buys 30% of all of the Island hotel rooms each year, so it’s a no-brainer why they want you to use up the extra rooms.
